Justin Wier serves as the Director of Recruitment & Engagement with UIC’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) to manage the College’s recruitment strategy, develop public programs and targeted enrollment communication, and enhance student success and engagement for the 1,600 students enrolled in the College’s first-year seminar. Justin has worked at UIC for over 14 years to build collaborations across the campus to enhance the UIC student experience.
