Justin Wier serves as the Assistant Dean, Recruitment & Engagement with UIC’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) to manage the College’s recruitment strategy, develop public programs and targeted enrollment communication for 3,500+ new undergraduates each year. He also manages student success and engagement for the 1,600+ students enrolled in the College’s first-year seminar, LAS 110: Experience UIC. Justin has worked at UIC for over 18 years to build collaborations across the campus to enhance the UIC student and Academic Professional experience.
