AP Senate Representation
APAC has nine (9) representatives serving on the UIC Senate for staggered three-year terms.
Our current UIC Senate AP Representatives are:

- Sharon Hayes, AP Senator (Term: 2025 – 2026)

- Kenneth Granle, AP Senator (Term: 2024-2027)
- James Alford, AP Senator (Term: 2025-2028)

Responsibilities of UIC Senate AP Representatives:
APs who serve as UIC Senate AP Representatives do so in addition to their regular University-related duties. UIC Senate AP Representatives are required to attend the regular UIC Senate meetings and are eligible to serve as an AP Representative on a UIC Senate Committee. UIC Senate AP Representatives may also serve as a member of APAC according to available seats and APAC election policies. AP Senate members are required to report Senate updates a minimum of one time at an APAC monthly meeting.
